Non Gamstop Casinos is an independent research and comparison site for UK adults who want to understand casinos not on GamStop before they decide anything. We explain the offers, the restrictions and the protections that come with them, so you can see what you are agreeing to. This page covers who we are, how we work, how we are paid, and the limits of what we can tell you.

Why this site exists

Many readers arrive here after hearing about non GamStop casinos and finding mostly sales copy. Our aim is plainer. We set out how these sites work, where they differ from UK-licensed operators, and what could go wrong. We do not say gambling is a way to earn money or fix financial problems. It is paid entertainment, and you can lose.

The site is for adults aged 18 and over, mainly in the UK. We assume no prior knowledge. Terms such as wagering requirements, KYC checks and withdrawal limits are explained as they come up.

Commercial disclosure

We may earn commission if you join a casino through a link on this site. That relationship does not decide rankings, and commission cannot buy a higher position. The publisher supplies the casino selection and top list, and our written assessments sit alongside it. Offers shown by the template are advertising from the operators. Always read the operator's own terms before you act on them.

What we cover

  • Casino reviews and top lists – our main list of non GamStop casinos for UK players, with notes on bonuses, payments and games.
  • Bonuses – welcome, deposit, no-deposit and cashback bonuses, free spins, loyalty rewards, wagering requirements, game contribution, maximum bet rules, expiry dates and cashout caps.
  • Money – minimum deposits, GBP accounts, debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, PayPal availability, cryptocurrency, fees, currency conversion, withdrawal times and limits.
  • Games – slots, progressive jackpots, live dealer games, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, software providers, RTP, volatility and mobile play.
  • Sports betting – pre-match and in-play markets, esports, accumulators, bet builders, cash-out, free bets and minimum qualifying odds. We use decimal odds, so 3.00 means a £10 stake returns £30 including the stake.
  • Safer gambling – self-exclusion, deposit and loss limits, blocking software and support services.

How we research and rank casinos

We have not claimed to have deposited, played or withdrawn at any casino. Our work is desk research and review of published material. We look at the operator's own terms and licence information, then compare what the casino advertises against what its conditions say.

  1. Licence and ownership information the casino publishes, and whether it can be checked with the issuing authority.
  2. Bonus terms: wagering requirement, which games count, maximum bet, expiry and cashout cap.
  3. Payment options for British customers, minimum deposits, fees, currency handling and stated withdrawal limits.
  4. Game range, software providers and sports betting where offered.
  5. Verification rules, support channels and the complaints route.
  6. Responsible gambling tools available to the player.

We separate three kinds of information. Confirmed means we checked it against a primary source. Advertised means the casino says so and we have not verified it. Unresolved means we could not establish the answer. Time-sensitive findings carry a date. The latest fact check for this site was on 1 October 2026.

Our ratings are editorial scores. They are not customer review scores and do not predict your experience.

What "not on GamStop" actually means

GamStop is the national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling in Great Britain. Casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission must take part. Casinos not on GamStop usually hold a licence from another jurisdiction, such as Curaçao, and do not have to follow UK Gambling Commission rules. Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them under British law.

In practice, that can mean weaker or different protections, including how disputes are handled, how limits work and what happens if a withdrawal is refused. If you have signed up to GamStop, it is there for a reason. A site outside the scheme removes that barrier, and we do not recommend using one to get round your own exclusion. Our responsible gambling page explains the tools and support available.

The casinos in our current list

The publisher's current top ten, in rank order, is Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja, WinnerIsland, Zombillion, Smash Casino, Nightluck, CoinPoker, Rivo and Daytonaspin. The ranked cards on the page show each headline offer. Those offers are advertised and carry conditions, usually wagering requirements, game restrictions and time limits. Some are quoted in euros or dollars rather than pounds, so check currency conversion and whether a GBP account is available before depositing.

Every site has drawbacks. Large bonus percentages usually come with heavier wagering, and offshore licences give UK players less recourse than a UK licence does. We cannot guarantee that any casino will pay out or that it is safe.

Our limits

  • We do not run casinos and cannot resolve disputes with them. If you have a problem, use the operator's complaints process first, then any dispute body named in its licence.
  • Offers, payment methods and terms change. Check the casino's current terms before you deposit.
  • Nothing here is legal or financial advice.

If gambling stops being fun

Set deposit and loss limits, take breaks, and consider blocking software if you want to stay away. GamCare offers free, confidential support on 0808 8020 133, and the National Gambling Helpline is open 24 hours a day. The responsible gambling page has more detail.
