Welcome to Greenwich Bouncers

GBta is a not-for-profit, Community Club that specialises in delivering fun, interactive trampolining lessons for children (2+) and adults of all ages, including those with special needs and/or disabilities, where everyone can learn progressively and safely.  All our Coaches are British Gymnastics-trained, and we use their Award Scheme, which provides the foundation for teaching high quality lessons in a fun and friendly way, whilst encouraging and motivating children to progress to a higher level.

Our aim is to raise the profile of Trampolining as a Sport and as an exciting and healthy way to get fit.  We deliver professional trampoline coaching and rebound therapy to Schools, Youth Clubs and other Community Clubs predominately in and around the Royal Borough of Greenwich, but also in other areas.

Trampolining is an aerobic and anaerobic exercise, which means that it is a healthy way to improve flexibility, posture and stamina, and is a highly effective way to aid in weight loss.

Our inclusive 50-min sessions are held weekly and cater for children, young people and adults, including those with additional needs and disabilities, and each person is given coaching on an individual basis. Our sessions are inclusive and we welcome people of all abilities, including those with special educational and physical needs.

Please Note: With the exception of Rebound Therapy, children and adults share the same trampolines.
